NDIS Payment

We're here to assist NDIS participants!

At Joykids, we're proud to be part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to support individuals on their journey. Here's how we can work together:

Self Managed:

  • Place your order on our website.
  • Email us at info@joykids.com.au with your order number.
  • We'll provide you with a pro-forma invoice to claim your funds independently.


Plan Managed:

  • Email us at info@joykids.com.au with the following information:
  • List of items you want to order (you can send us a list or a screenshot).
  • Your NDIS Number & Name (to be included on the invoice).
  • Delivery address, your name, and contact phone number.
  • Email address of your plan manager for invoice forwarding.

We'll send the invoice to your plan manager and process your order once payment clears. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Orders will be shipped once we receive cleared funds.
  • NDIS orders have 30-day terms, and if payment isn't received within 30 days, your order will be canceled, and the items will no longer be reserved for you.
